By using TaskFlow, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TaskFlow, including its website, browser automation system, and AI agent features (collectively the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.
TaskFlow is an AI-powered web agent that can browse publicly accessible websites on your behalf, extract information, and complete web-based tasks using real browser automation. The Service uses third-party AI models provided by NVIDIA and is hosted on Render and Vercel infrastructure.
You agree to use TaskFlow only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:
User Liability for Actions Taken with the AI
You are solely responsible for the tasks you instruct TaskFlow to perform and any consequences that arise from them. TaskFlow is a tool — it acts upon your instructions. TaskFlow and its operators are not responsible for any actions taken by users using the AI, the results of those actions, or any damages, legal consequences, or harm arising from instructions given to the AI agent. Use of this Service is entirely at your own risk.
The AI agent may make mistakes, fail to complete tasks, or produce inaccurate results. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information retrieved or actions taken by the AI. Do not rely on TaskFlow for decisions that require certainty, professional advice, or legal, medical, or financial determinations.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The TaskFlow name, logo, and interface design are the property of TaskFlow. The source code is licensed under the TaskFlow Source Licence (see LICENSE.md in the repository). Content retrieved from third-party websites remains the property of its respective owners. TaskFlow claims no ownership over third-party content surfaced through the Service.
TaskFlow integrates with NVIDIA NIM API, Render, Vercel, and Playwright/Chromium. Your use of the Service is subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. TaskFlow is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TaskFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. TaskFlow's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed £10 (ten pounds sterling).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the last update.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
